LVXPARK is a private membership platform operated by LVXPAL STUDIOS LLC. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.
Information We Collect
- Name and email address when you create an account
- Profile information you choose to provide
- Usage data such as events viewed and features accessed
- Device information for app functionality
How We Use Your Information
- To operate and maintain your membership account
- To connect you with your institution's community
- To send relevant event and community updates
- To improve the app experience
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Your data is only shared with third-party services necessary to operate LVXPARK, and with your institution's administrators as part of the membership structure.
Data Retention & Deletion
You can delete your account yourself, at any time, from inside the app: Profile → Settings → Delete account. This permanently deletes your account and associated data immediately — it is not a request, and there is no waiting period.
If you can no longer sign in, contact us at team@lvxpark.com and we will delete the account on your behalf.
